Because the cheapest quote is rarely the final price. Lowball demolition quotes leave out the asbestos pre-check ($1,200), permit and DA lodgement ($2,500 to $4,000), utility disconnections, and mid-job variations that land as separate invoices. On a $25,000 job those extras routinely add $6,000 to $9,000, and every day the site sits unfinished is holding cost stacking on your build. Our quote bundles all of it into one fixed number with a completion date backed by $500 a day if we run late. You are not paying more. You are paying once.

It will not. Every project includes a free asbestos pre-check worth $1,200 that we run BEFORE we quote, not mid-job. If asbestos is found, the licensed removal cost is written into your fixed-price quote upfront. Once you sign, that number does not move. No surprise variation, no stop-work while you find the extra cash.
